Social-Emotional Learning (SEL): Little Suns, Big Hearts! (K-3rd grade)
In our SEL Workshop, children will shine from the inside out! Through playful yoga, mindful breathing, and teamwork activities, kids will learn how to express their emotions, build friendships, and grow confidence. This workshop nurtures the whole child—mind, heart, and body—preparing them for a successful school year and a lifetime of strong social-emotional skills.
